01 Accepting these terms

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site.

If you are using the site for an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

02 Who we are

This site is operated by The Boost Box, registered with the Serbian Business Registers Agency (SBRA). Registered name MILOŠ TOMIĆ PREDUZETNIK THE BOOST BOX, registration number 64482076, registered address Ivanjica, Serbia. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean that company. "You" means the person using the site.

03 Using this website

You may read, browse and print pages from this site for your own information or to evaluate whether to work with us. That is what it is here for.

You agree not to:

• copy, republish or redistribute substantial parts of the site as your own material;
• use the site for anything unlawful, deceptive, or damaging to us or anyone else;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting, or any connected system;
• introduce malicious code, or run anything that places an unreasonable load on the site;
• scrape or harvest the site to build a competing service, or to collect contact details for bulk messaging;
• remove or obscure any notice of ownership on the site.

04 Our content and brand

Unless marked otherwise, everything on this site — the text, layout, design, graphics, code and The Boost Box name and logo — belongs to us or is used by us under licence. You get no ownership rights by using the site.

You may quote short extracts with clear credit and a link back. Anything beyond that needs our written permission first, which you can ask for by email.

05 Third-party names and logos

This site names other companies, including organisations we have worked with. Those names and marks belong to their respective owners. They are shown to identify the businesses in question, and their appearance does not imply that those companies endorse us or are affiliated with us beyond the work described.

If you own one of those marks and would like it removed, email us and we will take it down promptly.

06 Nothing here is an offer

The descriptions of services on this site are for information. They are not a binding offer and they do not create a contract between us.

Any work we do for you will be set out in a separate written agreement covering scope, deliverables, fees, timelines and responsibilities. Where that agreement conflicts with anything on this site or in these terms, the agreement wins.

Booking a call or sending the contact form does not commit either of us to anything.

07 Figures, case data and results

This site shows performance figures from campaigns we have run, including open rates, reply rates and contact volumes. Those numbers are historical and specific to particular campaigns, audiences, offers and time periods.

They are not a forecast, a promise, or a guarantee of what you would achieve. Outreach and email marketing results depend on factors largely outside our control — your offer, your market, your list, your sender reputation, your pricing, and how your team follows up. Nothing on this site should be read as a guarantee of any particular reply rate, meeting volume, pipeline value or revenue.

Any commitments we are prepared to make will be written into your engagement agreement.

08 Links to other websites

Where we link to another site, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, or how they handle your data. Following an external link is at your own risk, and their terms and privacy policy will apply once you leave our site.

09 Availability of the site

We try to keep the site available and current, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice, and we may restrict access where we reasonably need to.

The site and its content are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude any implied warranties about the site's accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

12 Indemnity

If your use of this site in breach of these terms causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable losses, costs and legal fees we incur as a result.

13 Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

14 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms, so it is worth checking back occasionally.

15 Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgrade, Serbia.

If you are a consumer in a country whose law gives you mandatory protections, nothing here removes rights you have under that law.
